Contraindication for the use of magnetotherapy (states during which low-frequency pulse magnetotherapy should not be used):
PEMF therapy shouldn't be used in pregnancy, bleeding of any origin, use of a pacemaker, hearing aid and other sensitive electronic devices, cancer, children under 5 years, pain of unknown origin
Relative contraindications for menstruation (can be used outside the pelvis area), increased function of endocrine glands (after consultation with a physician, PEMF can be applied outside of these glands, Seizure-like neurological diseases such as epilepsy, extremely low blood pressure. PEMF has vasodilating effects, i.e., causes blood vessels to widen, which may cause a fall in blood pressure. These symptoms, however, disappear during several exposures. Begin applyingPEMF slowly according to these recommendations and, if possible, under the supervision of a third person, uncompensated childhood diabetes. PEMF can be used after handling the symptoms of diabetes by appropriate treatment and after consultation with a doctor.
